Born from a horse shampoo legend, raised on Table Mountain.
In 2016 founder Naledi M. mixed her grandmother's rooibos rinse with the infamous Mane 'n Tail grooming ritual she used on show horses in Constantia. The result? Waist-length growth on breakage-prone hair. Word spread from Bo-Kaap to Sea Point — and our Bree Street atelier was born.

Pineapple or loose braid to sleep, silk pillowcase, weekly pre-poo + 6-week dusting. Every Method guest leaves with a printed Cape Town calendar (swim, wind, winter dryness).
